We Got You
We want you to feel confident knowing your permanent jewelry is taken care of. That’s why we offer a lifetime weld warranty! If your piece ever comes off or needs to be temporarily removed, we’re happy to re-weld it for you, free of charge. You’re always welcome to visit us for safe removal, or you may carefully clip the weld point yourself using nail clippers. DO NOT CUT THE CHAIN. When you’re ready, simply reach out to schedule your re-weld. Please note that chains broken or cut beyond the original weld point are not covered under warranty, but can be rebuilt for a small rebuild fee.
